- » How often does your company come out?
Most of our customers prefer service once a week. Other service schedules are available. If you would like to know more about services offered more or less than once a week,
please contact us.
- » What happens if there is bad weather?
We will work in most weather. If there are severe conditions and we are prevented from doing that week's work, we will try to arrange to make up the work later in the week and we will notify you if there is any change from your regular service day.
- » What about holidays?
We do not work the following holidays:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Years Eve Day
When a holiday falls on a regular service day, we will make up the work the day before or the day after your regular scheduled day (dependent of the day the holiday falls on). Service returns to the regular work day the following week.
- » Should I unlock my gate?
Yes. Since employees are not to climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock or provide us the combination if that will be convenient for you.
- » Can you work with my dog in the yard?
In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let us in the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we will ask you to restrain or confine the dog when we are in the yard.
We dont want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.
- » What if I want to skip a service day?
If you call the company office in time for us to tell the service worker to skip your yard that day you will not be charged.
However, if your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed. If, for instance, you get to work and remember that the gate is locked, call us early to tell us.
- » How do I pay you?
We will send an invoice at the end of each month. We offer email or mail deliver of your invoice. There is a $10.00 late fee for accounts not paid by the 15th of the month. Any check returned for insufficient funds is subject to a $25.00 service fee.
- » Is there an extra charge for the first time clean up?
Prices may vary depending on size and condition of yard. This fee may be waived if your yard has been maintained before we start our service.
- » Is it possible to get a one-time-only service?
Sure! One-time-only, or short-term services may be easily arranged.
- » What do you mean by “Satisfaction Guaranteed”?
We promise that you will get service you are happy with. We know our business depends on doing
excellent work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our success
We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know within 24 hours. We will make it right, whether by coming back to re-clean the yard, or by crediting your account.
